Ruben Jucaban was born in Manila, Philippines, and raised in Daly City, California. He relocated to Elk Grove in 2015 in order to better pursue his personal and professional goals. Currently, Ruben serves the Sacramento housing market and primarily works with first-time homebuyers. Ruben received his real estate license in 2022 and is eager to pursue his new career.

Ruben graduated high school in 2012 and attended community college for several semesters before beginning to work full time. Prior to his career in real estate, Ruben spent over 12 years in the sales industry, where he cultivated exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Ruben is keen to help others and share his professional expertise with his clients so that they can make worthy investments. He is easy to talk to and always reachable by phone.

Ruben is passionate about building his business as a Realtor® and makes a concerted effort to nurture his sense of creativity, curiosity, and independence. Given his outgoing, approachable personality, Ruben has a robust professional network and is able to build rapport with clients easily. Outside of work, Ruben is a recognized DJ in the Sacramento area, with residency in the best clubs, which has helped him connect with many personalities and public figures in the area.
