Kevin is the epitome of an excellent real estate agent. He operates at a different level compared to other realtors. I found him on Yelp through the positive reviews and called him and I was surprised that he answered the phone. I've contact other realtors who just sent me to a junior associate instead of the "head person" when I contacted them so I moved on. He showed us about 6 homes in a span of 4 hours, coordinated all the showings and even was able to get us into a pre-listing showing with his connections in the local market. He has lots of experience and insight into the real estate market, which provides an advantage with negotiations, arranging the many inspections required quickly when we were in escrow. Contact with Kevin was fast, I felt like he was always accessible. I mainly communicated with him via text/email and with phone calls for more detailed issues. Despite Kevin being very busy, he always had time to respond to our questions/requests. He was very patient with us and never rushed us or made us feel bad. Even after closing, we had maintenance/work that needed to be done, locks to be changed, and he has a list of contractors/locksmith people who were vetted and are good like him. I felt Kevin really went out of his way to advocate for us throughout the negotiation process and pressed the lender to make sure our timeline was on tract.

We have found Kevin through Yelp when we were initially considering selling our house. It did not take us long to decide to go with him as our agent. Kevin won us over with his meticulously planned and detailed schedule and careful answers to our numerous questions. Throughout the whole sale process he was always there when we needed answers. But he really came through when our sale process hit some obstacles. He navigated all those difficulties like a pro that he is and had our house sold fast despite them. This is the real value of working with Kevin: He has a team of pros working with him who helped with our move, people who could address any issues that pop up (legal and otherwise), stagers who made our house shine (thank you Noel) and agents who showed our house and worked together with Kevin to sell our house (Thank you Mirna) and Tien (Operation manager) who made sure all the details were just right. Above all Kevin was always there and his sense of humor and how easy he was to communicate with sure made the process easier and less stressful. If we ever need to buy a house in the area he will be our pick to be our agent hands down!
